Villa Frangipani is a four-bedroom retreat set within Christophe Harbour’s gated Sandy Bank Bay community on St. Kitts’ Southeast Peninsula. Surrounded by tropical gardens and designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, the villa features a landscaped pool terrace, airy vaulted interiors, and guest access to the Pavilion Beach Club and its Sandy Bank Beach.
The villa offers two king owner suites that open directly onto the terrace, along with two guest suites each furnished with two queen beds. In total, there are four full bathrooms and a half bath. Interiors are filled with natural light and finished with exposed beams, designer furnishings, and an open-plan living area. A European kitchen with premium appliances makes entertaining effortless, while the private pool and landscaped courtyard provide the perfect backdrop for relaxing or gathering with friends and family.
Beach Club Access:
During your stay, enjoy full access to The Pavilion Beach Club, Christophe Harbour’s private resident beachfront club. Swim in the natural-edge pool, unwind on the private Sandy Bank Beach, or dine at the beachfront restaurant. Beach club fees are arranged based on your group size and length of stay
Beyond the villa, St. Kitts offers coastal hiking, lush rainforests, and nearby beaches within minutes. The Safe Harbor Marina, a hub for Eastern Caribbean yachting, is located just down the hill.

From Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport (SKB):
Villa Frangipani is approximately a 25–30 minute drive from the airport.
From the airport, travel toward Frigate Bay and continue southeast across Timothy Hill toward the Southeast Peninsula. Follow the main peninsula road toward Christophe Harbour and Sandy Bank Bay.
Enter the gated Sandy Bank Bay / Pavilion Beach Club entrance and provide your name to security. Once inside, continue toward the Windswept Villas. Villa Frangipani, 117A, is located at the end of the driveway with parking for two vehicles.
Important: St. Kitts follows British driving rules; vehicles drive on the left-hand side of the road.
